QSHE Manager
Due to company growth, we have now relocated to our new premises in Westfield, Cumbernauld and this newly created role will take responsibility for setting, delivering, and evaluating the Quality and HS&E processes to ensure compliance to all legislation and standards.
Responsibilities include:
?? Creating and implementing a quality management system.
?? Day to day quality assurance/quality control.
?? RCA and corrective actions where necessary.
?? QSHE management reporting.
?? Create and manage the documentation of QSHE policies, procedures, regulations, and legislation.
?? Reviewal process of creation of quality, health & safety and environment documentation such as quality procedures, risk assessments and environment aspects/impacts.
?? Manage QSHE audits and inspections.
?? Deliver training.
?? Ensure investigation of accidents and near misses are managed.
?? Assist in induction plan creation for new employees in regards to QSHE.
The successful candidate:
?? Experience working to ISO (phone number removed) & 45001 standards.
?? Hold NEBOSH or equivalent or be working towards.
?? 2 years' experience within a similar role.
?? Knowledge of current QSHE legislation.
