Our clients, a large well established Accident Repair Centre in Surrey, currently require an experienced Bodyshop Customer Advisor / Reception manager to join their existing team.
You will preferably have previous experience within either an Accident Repair Centre or Dealership and be confident and outgoing with the ability to build relationships with customers, insurance companies and colleagues quickly.
You will be required to handle enquiries over the telephone and face to face from customers with regards to new or ongoing work being carried out on their vehicle and be able to feedback information concerning prices and time scales as well as keeping the workshop up to date.
There is also an element of upselling involved with regards to additional products or services that would be of benefit to the customer.
Hours of work are: Monday - Friday 8.00hrs to 17:000hrs or 7am till 4pm plus Saturday 9am to 12pm on rota basis which is 1 Saturday every 2 weeks.
The starting salary for this role is between GBP25k - GBP30k depending on experience and could potentially be a GBP32k role, Salary is negotiable
