The Client:
A international insurance broker are recruiting for a Part Time Claims Technician to support their team in their Exeter office. This is a great role for people with Motor, Liability and/or Property experience looking for around 21 Hours per week.
The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Claims Technician to work in the offices Claims Department. You will work alongside a dedicated team who will handle the clients varied insurance claims including Motor, Property & Liability.
The business is in a period of growth and as such there is an increase in resultant claims. Your role will be pivotal in delivering these clients with a fantastic journey and you will be on hand to demonstrate the company's value to the client when they need it the most. Your will be required to keep all parties updated on the stage and progress of the claims, challenging decisions, negotiating, and acting with initiative and integrity to gain the best outcome for your clients and the insurer.
What's needed for me to be considered?
Claims Handler experience and ideally with good Property, Liability or Motor experience.
Part- Time hours - so flexibility in working week.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a good eye for detail and good organisational skills
Progression towards insurance qualifications would be preferable but not essential
