Project Support x2 (1x PJM team and 1 x PC team)

1. Being part of a team

Contribute to strong team ethos and be role models for RISE values and Behavioural Pillars
Support line manager with administrative duties to enable them to deliver the account management required for the MSA
Support line manager and PGO to create strong team ethos

2. Reporting

Work with Reporting, Data & Platform and Governance teams and assist with any data gathering necessary to support performance management reporting (KPI's and SLA's)
3. Process/Playbook/Toolkit

Proactively undertake key admin tasks on behalf of PjM team (as described in Playbook); including:
Input NOW's (BT process) for programmes of work
Check Biodiversity Register prior to projects commencing on site
Support project audits (for KPI reporting)
4. Technology platform

To be a 'system expert' for the utilization of Kahua
Input BT finance codes into Kahua (critical for BT Finance / BT Taxation team)
Support Kahua data input for Spruce and other programmes of work (including target milestones)
Proactively assist PjM's to close down projects in a timely manner in Kahua (including chasing suppliers for their invoices, closing statements)
5. Project management delivery

Proactively support PjM team, including:
Agreeing fees and arranging PO's from BT for Civils compounds (BT process)
Procuring drawings for Civils compounds for Planning Applications (from Ordnance Survey)
Obtaining drawings from BT records office
Raising BT PO's for all programmes of work e.g. IIP, Spruce, Sync Antenna
Monitoring and prompting PjM's for updates on Programme of works including Spruce, Raised Floors and Fleet projects
Keeping the schedules updated and identifying any changes to programmed dates
6. Financial

Proactively support PjM team with financial aspects, including:
Input BT finance codes into Kahua (critical for BT Finance / BT Taxation team)
7. Audit and QA

Assist Process and QA Manager with scheduling regular audit review across all live projects
Assist the above with input into schedule monitoring results and performances of individual project managers
8. Internal CBRE relationships

Develop and maintain relationships with other parts of CBRE operating on the BT account to facilitate joined up meetings
9. Knowledge Sharing/ Lessons Learned

Promotes CBRE and shares good practice
Willingly give advice to colleagues and share ideas for improvement and lessons learnt
10. Be a good CBRE employee

Complies with CBRE QHSE policies and procedures
