Welder/Fabricator for a luxury furniture brand
Tom Faulkner is an award winning UK company manufacturing high quality furniture. We have our own workshop in Swindon, and a showroom in Chelsea, London.
We have a fantastic and rare opportunity for a motivated and skilled individual with welding and fabrication experience to become a maker of Tom Faulkner furniture. It would suit somebody who is interested in design, is good with their hands, and has creative flair. It is essential that they have a keen eye for detail.
You will be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process. You will need experience of Mig and Tig welding, be familiar with engineering tools and have the ability to understand and work from drawings. We would expect the successful candidate to demonstrate a high level of housekeeping throughout their work.
Requirements
* Experience in Mig and Tig welding and fabrication
* A keen eye for detail and design
* Good communication skills
* Hardworking and reliable
* Being a team player across the business and providing back-up where needed is essential. We have a small team and a solid work ethic!
* Good at prioritising changing and competing demands and tasks
* Calm when trying to solve problems & find solutions
* Computer literate
Competitive salary based on experience
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
