Our client is a highly successful, global IT company who are looking for Sales Operations Specialists to be part of a central team who are responsible for the end-to-end ordering process for all customers.You will be responsible for identifying any part code, pricing, discount or customer data or information gaps and managing customer service requests.
Working as part of a central team of operations specialists, you will work alongside the Service Delivery Managers to execute the transactional work that is needed.You will work with quoting specialists to ensure orders are processed according to our contractual obligations, or as quoted.
Experience of working within an IT reseller would be highly beneficial but not essential.

Customer Support:
* Ensure all customer orders are sent for processing.
* Monitor status of orders, updating and cleaning them as necessary.
* Monitor the order backlog, making sure inventory is scheduled and orders can ship.
* Escalate any allocation or delivery problems and provide feedback and revised delivery dates where needed.
* Maintain order trackers with key information.
* Investigate and resolve any internal allocation / receipt queries that affect the order backlog
* Request Return Authorisations from our suppliers, and provide return approval to our customers
* Use the company ERP system to input / maintain new customer orders
* Check inventory and pipeline to ensure backlog is managed
* Approve and Raise customer RMA's
* Use the supplier's systems to check status of orders, allocation and availability.
* Use various system tools for reporting, tracking and analytical purposes.
Skills and experience:
* Previous customer service or support experience
* Experience of working within an IT B2B reseller or distributor and particularly with Cisco would be highly beneficial.
* Previous experience working in a blue chip company would be beneficial
* Must have experience using email and microsoft excel
* Good attention to detail and concentration skills
* Must be able to follow documented processes and instructions
* Must have good written and spoken communication skills
