Customer Care Representative
Our client, based in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire are looking for several experienced Customer Care Representatives to deliver a high quality and customer focused service regarding the delivery of their customers' supplies & services.
The company are an innovative, forward thinking business based in a newly refurbished, state of the art office facility based in the centre of Burton.
The role
•Working in a fast paced environment you will be required to make outgoing calls to confirm order details and dates with their customers
•Dealing with queries or questions arising from both incoming calls and emails, in regards to the processing of customer orders.
•You will act as a point of contact for queries from outside suppliers and business'
•You will need to liaise with our internal departments to ensure orders and deliveries are processed and completed efficiently and effectively
The successful candidate will
•Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Need to be able to cope well under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
•Work well co-operatively with colleagues and align your work effectively with other departments
•Have previous experience of working in a customer service role either phone based or face to face
This role is initially a temporary ongoing position with the opportunity of it becoming a fixed term position employed directly by the company after 12 weeks.
Working Monday to Friday, the hours of work include 3 different shift patterns; 8am - 4.30pm / 9.30am - 6pm / 11am - 8pm (rotating)
