Lettings Manager/Senior Lettings Negotiator

Our client h a successful independent estate agency based in Corby is seeking an experienced and ambitious Lettings Manager/Senior Negotiator to join their growing team.

This role has arisen due to company growth and to assist with building the current established lettings side of the business.

The Role

Attend valuations and negotiate prices with Landlords to achieve a larger property portfolio

Manage the office and team to a very high standard

Listing properties

Identifying and maximising business opportunities, canvassing for valuation leads

Viewings and negotiating offers

Monitor overall and individual performance of the Lettings team

Staff training and appraisals

Maintain a strong relationship with Landlords to help you acquire a future business with them

The Candidate

Previous Lettings management experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation skills

ARLA Qualification (desirable but not essential)

A full UK driving license holder

Good knowledge of the local areas

Target and performance managing skills required

Able to work in a fast-paced target driven environment

High levels of Customer Services experience is essential
