What you'll be doing

The successful candidate will join our ICT Operations team at an exciting time, as we look to adopt a proactive partnering approach to engage with our customers, colleagues and stakeholders.

 

You will be leading and managing a team of Service Delivery Analysts day to day and developing your technical skills to be the final escalation point for the team.

 

You will be responsible for the management and support of client facing requests comprising of incidents, problems, escalations, changes and service requests, through to successful completion and end user satisfaction. Working alongside a multi-functional IT team, you will deliver a first-class customer service and business support to deliver Golding’s new vision, values and corporate plan.

You will be ITIL accredited with a track record in developing, maintaining and continually exceeding customer service expectations. 

 

You will have a strong background in shaping and delivering a modern IT Support Service in a fast-paced environment. You will be solution focused with experience of having driven a can-do culture of service quality and creativity to proactively enhance the value delivered through process improvement and technology adoption.

 

You will have the ability to excel at service delivery through statistical analysis, reporting and feedback and service management meetings with colleagues and 3rd parties. You will be able to understand business goals and vision and align IT service support frameworks to enhance and achieve them consistently.

When and where you'll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £54,000 per annum (Band 2 of our pay scale) depending upon your knowledge and skills.

 

Golding Homes’ head office is in central Maidstone where you will be based in our new modern and bright office space which offers creative, collaborative and flexible ways of working. Golding continues to embrace agile working for all colleagues, so it is anticipated that you will also work remotely.
