Interaction Recruitment are working with this leading public sector provider to recruit for 3 Customer Service Advisors within Admin and Clerical within in Lincoln on a temporary ongoing basis. Offices are located on Silver Street, lincoln.
The role;-
- First point of contact for anyone that calls in relation to COVID
- Provide a friendly and helpful service and handle calls efficiently
- The role is to gather as much information with as much detail as possible
- Fact find whilst remaining professional
- Use the appropriate IT systems within a PCI compliant environment
The Person;-
- Must be available to start asap
- Cool, clear headed
- Professionalism in your verbal and written approach
- Be of strong and resiliant character
- Have a caring and empathetic approach
- Must have telephone experience as dealing with inbound and outbound calls
Whats on offer:-
- A 37 hour week
- This role is temporary but will ideally go permanent for the right candidates
- Hours will be on a rota based system between 8am - 6pm Monday to Sunday
