Interaction Recruitment are working with this leading public sector provider to recruit for 2 Customer Service Advisor's within the Children's Social Care Team in Lincoln on a temporary basis to start on Thursday 29th April. The right candidate will be offered the opportunity to apply for a permanent role once they have worked 12 weeks

The role;-

- First point of contact for anyone that calls in to Customer Service to report concerns regarding a child

- The calls will come from members of the public but also Police Officers, nurses and school teachers

- The role is to gather as much information with as much detail as possible

- Fact find whilst remaining professional

- The data you capture will go to Social Services

The Person;-

- Must be available to start on Thursday 29th April 2021

- Cool, clear headed

- Professionalism in your verbal and written approach

- Be of strong and resilient character

- Have a caring and empathetic approach

- Ideally you will have some experience in Health & Social Care (or hold relevant qualifications)

- Most importantly have exceptional Customer service skills and have a background within this

What's on offer:-

- A 37 hour week

- This role is temporary but will ideally go permanent for the right candidates

- Hours will be on a rota based system between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday
