Care & Support Worker
As a frontline Care & Support Assistant, you will be required to support older people in a supported living environment. In Hendon, London Borough of Barnet. You will be responsible for checking on tenant's well-being on a regular basis dependent on their individual needs and carry-out various support tasks. The tenants live independently, and you will be onsite to support with their as and when needs.
The main tasks are: -
Respond to tenant emergencies
Implement and monitor care and support pans
Support with any personal care required
Support with any food preparation if required
Support with building community spirit in the supported living flats
Liaise where appropriate with outside agencies
Supporting the tenants with any welfare benefits required
As a care organisation the benefits offered are: -

Working 37.5 hours per week

You will be required to:
Hold an NVQ level 2 or extensive experience in a supported living setting
Previous experience in health and social care
Excellent communication
