The Recruitment Group Rugby are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operator on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Role
Daily generating, processing and accurately picking of parts for SCT's.
Picking of parts to support both suppliers and end user customers.
Daily accurate booking in of goods into Syspro.
Packing of goods to meet delivery deadlines.
Assist with monthly stock takes and liaising with ERP planning coordinator.
Ensures that the relevant quality system procedures are followed.
Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment practices are followed.
Keep working areas clean and tidy at the end of each shift.
Adaptable and flexible to change, adjusts plans to meet changing needs. Open to new ideas, takes on new responsibilities, handles pressure.
Must have a clear understanding of Customer needs and deadlines. Both internal and external.
To be successful for this role you will need.
Current Reach and Forklift licenses (credited only)
Safety and Environment conscious.
Ability to count accurately.
ERP Computer skills.
Customer focused to delivery and quality.
Adaptability & Flexibility.
Ability to work under own initiative.
Works well with team members from across the organization (accounts, operations, procurement, etc.) to support the customer and the business.
Recognizes Syspro data accuracy is critical for success in the role. Maintains that system data. Organizes work to deliver results in line with expectations of the customer both internal and external.
Willingness to develop new skills, wanting to advantage and have a career.
