R & D Data Analyst
GBP29,000 - GBP31,000
Full Time - Monday to Friday (Working from Home)
The main duties are as follows:-
Ensure all R&D Productivity requirements are met to deliver the business needs, primarily across R&D Health, although there may be synergies developed across functions and BUs.
Single point of contact for internal partners within NPS Procurement and R&D category as required.
Support Productivity activities on behalf of R&D Strategy and Procurement teams from project scoping, sharing technical documentation, data mining, data analysis, trouble shooting, contracting and management.
Liaise and develop close relationships with R&D finance team(s), in order to generate clear and aligned strategic Productivity activities. Be able to co-ordinate information and communication to all parties in a timely fashion.
Ensure that all R&D colleagues are operating in line with the correct financial aspects in line with policy and agreed funding models
Ensure quality & compliance KPIS are implemented for all Productivity activities and these KPI's monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure
Management of internal stakeholders across R&D, procurement, supply & finance clearly communicating saving, issues, progress, and roadblocks
Liaise with the cross functional internal and external team to ensure project deliverables are realised
Ensure all relevant commercial and technical documentation & approvals are in place and fully approved prior to any changes being implemented.

Effective communication skills
Ability to prioritise and manage your own time and workload
A keen attitude and an ability to pick up new skills and learn quickly
The role is initially home based, however there may be a requirement long term for occasional monthly site visits. Full internal training will be provided.
