M4 recruitment are currently recruiting for HGV1 drivers for our client based in Dunstable.
Day and night shifts available.
Requirements
* Current valid UK Cat C+E driving license
* Current valid CPC and driver card
* Minimum 1 year experience in driving this category of vehicle
* No more than 6 endorsement points
* For Insurance purposes you must either be over the age of 25 or have 2 years previous driving experience in UK
Job description
* You will work as part of a 2man team, alongside a Drivers mate
* Store deliveries, 24/7 operation so shift available to suit
* Flexibility is required to maximise our support to our client
NOTE: The Depot operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so there are various start times and shift patterns available.
Pay rate
PAYE:
* Basic : GBP15.50
* Night : GBP16.50
* Saturday : GBP18.50
* Sunday : GBP19.50
As a HGV 1 Driver you will be required to make deliveries from the DC to various Superdrug store locations. As standard you will work as part of a 2 man team, alongside a Drivers Mate, to deliver cages and totes into stores, usually overnight and early mornings. You will also be required to carry out the occasional Trunk delivery or cage collection.
