Gi Group Derby are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer for a number of our locations across the Midlands.
This role entails speaking to work seekers to discuss their work history and learning about the employment market to match them to the right job and work closely with recruitment consultants to fill vacancies for clients.
To be eligible to apply for the kickstart scheme you will be:
* 18-24 years old
* Claiming Universal Credit
* Struggling to secure work or an apprenticeship
* Would benefit from a quality six month paid job along with support and guidance to help you build your long-term career.
Gi Group are a global recruitment business with openings at a number of our locations across the Midlands. Our Derby branch based in the City Centre is looking for someone now!
During your 6 month placement with Gi Group we will give you the opportunity to work in all areas of our business, from internal admin, placing advertisements, interviewing and registering candidates through to understanding the recruitment sales process. After 6 months there can be an opportunity for a permanent position within Gi Group, providing you like the job and meet the business needs to start your new career in the recruitment industries.
