I am currently recruiting for a well-established Multi-disciplinary Consultancy who are looking for a Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to be based in their office in Derbyshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to join a company that have various reputable clients within different sectors.
My client currently works on a range of projects including, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, Residential, Commercial, Rail, Industrial and other areas. They are well established and have built excellent relationships with a variety of clientele, allowing them to have a vast range in projects & sectors. This role would suit an individual with both an excellent work ethic and at least 8 years' experience within a relevant role. The most suitable Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist will have experience in Revit and AutoCAD as well as have a sound understanding of all RIBA stages. Our client is seeking someone with an excellent technical background as well as a thorough understanding of the construction process. The successful Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist will be leading a small team and should ideally have experience of leading a team before.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy & thriving consultancy on a variety of exciting projects throughout the UK.

Technical detailing
Running a small team of Architectural Technicians
Work on a variety of exciting projects including the Healthcare sector
Produce high-quality drawings on Revit and AutoCAD
Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses
Going to site and producing various reports
Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements
Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
Good understating of UK Building Regulations
8 years' relevant experience
Excellent team player
Previous experience of leading a team preferable
Healthcare experience advantageous
Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Remuneration
Competitive salary (GBP35,000 - GBP50,000 DOE)
