Kinetic Recruitment are looking to bring into our already fabulous team a Resourcer/Administrator working within our busy Team Valley/Gateshead office (NE11 0SH).
This role is for 12 months temporary maternity cover, which could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
What will you be doing :
*Working with the Recruitment Consultants to identify and resource candidates for
current vacancies through the use of our ADAPT database / Job Boards
*Screening candidates via the phone
*Generating/Completing all administration for each new worker
*Inputting application packs onto the system
*Ensuring the legal Compliance of all candidates
It would be great if you had some of this experience:
*resourcing & use of job boards - CV Library, Total jobs, Linked in etc
*computer literate
*use of a database (CRM system)
*Good time management skills
*Ability to prioritise
*Able to work to deadlines
*Reliable & trustworthy
What will you get from Kinetic:
* Full time hours (can be flexible) to start ASAP
* Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm (one-hour lunch)
* Friday 8am to 4pm (half-hour lunch)
* Onsite parking
* 20 days holiday plus 8 Bank holidays
* Auto Enrolment pension after 3 months
