Marketing Assistant - Beauty Industry (3 Month FTC)

An exciting opportunity to join our client in Bracknell who work with a portfolio of beauty brands. They're looking for someone to join their Marketing Communications team and support with new product launches.
We're looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role who has an interest in the Beauty Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the international marketing assets ensuring the export markets have all the tools they require in order to grow the business. These include product images, merchandising, sales promotions support, product information and social media content
Be the main marketing point of contact for the Export markets managing their requests
Support with creating presentations that will be used to help sell in ranges with the international markets
Build strong working relationships with International sales and ecommerce team supporting them to ensure their markets have all the assets they need in order to maximise sales
Support the Communications Team (Social Media, PR, Digital and customer marketing) being aware of the key activities in the UK and work on how these can be best transferred to the international markets
NPD briefing the team on any market specific requirements
Strong interpersonal skills needed to liaise with the marketing team, the export markets, translation agencies and design team
Managing the asset management system, ensuring all recent and relevant content is available for export markets, including social media content
International Newsletters - communicate the export Marketing and PR activity to the rest of the brands teams and export markets
Management of the 360 international marketing calendar, ensuring all UK activity is translated and key dates for regions are included
Responsible for creating and distribution of product guides & training guides for UK and key marketsHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
