Telesales - duties will include;
*
Speaking to customers over the telephone or via email to deal with order enquiries.
*
To identify parts required from the information given by the engineer and source using companies main warehouse and third party suppliers.

Enter order into the enquiry system and process.
Telesales / Customer Service - Skills & Experience Required
*
A professional manner and attitude to work
*
Experience of working within a customer focussed environment and commitment to delivering a high quality customer service.
*
Proficient with Microsoft Word for Windows and Excel spreadsheets.
*
Accurate typing and keyboard skills.
*
A professional, efficient yet friendly telephone manner capable of taking accurate telephone messages for other team members.
*
Organisational and administrative ability to manage a varied workload, prioritising tasks appropriately.
*
Ability to communicate with all individuals offering a courteous service at all times.
*
The ability to work within a team and under own initiative when required.
