Finance Assistant

Smart Recruitment are seeking individuals with an entry level amount of finance or accountancy experience to work for an award winning solicitors firm in Yeovil. They have an enviable reputation with positions such as this being rare due to the long serving nature of their workforce.

The job would involve the following selected duties:

Processing Residential & Commercial Conveyancing completions
Processing Electronic Bank payments (incoming and outgoing)
Inputting data onto their accounts system
Assisting with daily credit card payments
Dealing with queries of various types
General administration and filing of own work

You will provide support to fee earning personnel and be able to learn many aspects of how a law firm operates, providing critical assistance to their teams.

The job is permanent and working Mon - Fri in Yeovil. The salary range reflects what could be offered depending on the presence of any previous experience in a finance role.
