In this role you will be working with Managers and new staff across the business to ensure the successful joining and integration of all new employees to the business. Such duties will include meeting of new staff arranging training, liaising with training providers for candidates and building strong relationships with all employees to understand their needs & requirements going.

The Role:
*HR Welfare Officer
*Integrating new staff into the business
*Building relationships with Managers and new staff
*Planning transport, accommodation and training
The Person:
*Any previous HR experience 2 + years
*Live commutable or happy to relocate to Bridgewater
*Experience of working in the Construction industry is preferable but not essential
*Engineering Degree is also preferable, but not essential
