Job Summary

Then we want to hear from you. We are looking for a nurse to join our pre-admission and clinical triage team on a fixed term basis for 12 months. We welcome applications for full or part time work. About the role

As an NMC registered General Nurse, you will have recent and relevant experience at clinical management level, leading a multidisciplinary team. Experience of effectively building and managing a team as well as in change management are key skills for this role. Your ability to constructively challenge activities that may not contribute to the delivery of improving patient experience and clinical efficiency, while balancing the importance of being a team play will be vital. You will be a valued member of our multi-disciplinary team, taking responsibility for providing a high quality and cost effective service within the PAT and triage department. You will use your leadership and clinical skills to provide guidance and support to staff in the leadership of the service and the pre-procedure preparation of patients. In addition, you will support our experienced Outpatient Manager, Ewa, in the development and implementation of high quality care protocols.
