A Specialist Sub-Contractor working within the Construction Industry requires an Individual to carry out the role of
TRAINEE QUANTITY SURVEYOR/COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT
This exciting Trainee Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Assistant position would suit people who, ideally, have worked in a similar role for 6-12 months. However no other previous experience is essential as training will be provided.
Based in our Ewhurst office you will support the Commercial team on the accurate recording of cost, efficient management of reports, document control and maximising cost compliance.
The role reports to the Senior QS, who will guide you and provide personal development. An enthusiastic and proactive attitude will fit our culture, and successful candidates will have a desire to learn and develop.
Salary dependent on experience.
Qualifications:
- Good standard of English Language and Mathematics
(GCSEs A-C). - Studying towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar is desirable.

- Computer literate, with a strong knowledge of Excel.
