Sprayer Operator

The Company:
Our client is an extremely well-established family farming business growing arable crops. Due to consistent growth and expansion, they are seeking to recruit a new Sprayer Operator.

The Job Role Details:
Our client is seeking to recruit a skilled Sprayer Operator, to work on their family run farm, with their arable crops. The successful applicant will be committed and skilled in Spraying and must have either a PA1/ PA2/ PA4S/ PA6 certification. Other responsibilities may include - workshop skills and general maintenance skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day responsibility (including Health and Safety) spraying of crops and farm produce.
*
Applying pesticides with support of experience of either: PA1/ PA2/ PA4S/ PA6 certifications.
*
Other responsibilities may include - workshop skills, hedge cutting and digger operation.
Ideal Person Skills and Qualifications:
*
Must have PA1 and PA2.
*
PA4S certification would be desirable, but not essential.
*
Will need proven experience in a similar role.
*
Capable to work individually and within a team.
*
Must take pride in the quality of work and be self-disciplined.
*
Will have great communication skills.
*
Able to work under pressure.
*
Should be able to maintain their own equipment.
*
To have worked with some Agricultural machinery would be an advantage.
*
A flexible approach to working hours required.

Salary package:
GBP12 - GBP15 per hour - Negotiable Experience Dependant
Accommodation potentially available - 3 x bed house
