FULL TIME REGULAR ONGOING WORK FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE
Staffline is currently recruiting 5 x Monday to Friday HGV Class 1 Day drivers with immediate starts between 02:00-06:00 for our client based in Coventry.
Reward Package for the role of LGV1 driver:
Days - GBP13.50 per hour
Nights - GBP14.50 per hour
8 hours guaranteed shift length
Please also contact us to discuss our new, entirely optional, alternative arrangement, where a driver would receive a payment in lieu of holiday accrued, which is paid weekly as you work, rather than holiday pay being accrued to be taken at a later date.
If you chose this option, you must still follow the standard holiday processes in respect of booking periods of time off from work and are and will be actively encouraged to take appropriate time off each year.
Your Time at Work
As an HGV 1 driver, the work will involve Class 1 Depot Delivery work of motorcycle/car tyres to various locations across the UK, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Curtain side work and Handball work is involved with (Apply online only) tyres to be unloaded by hand. In return for your commitment we can offer guaranteed shifts and start times that suit you.
We have other sites locally that work will be available at if for any reasons shifts are not available.
Our Perfect Worker
As an HGV LGV Class 1 driver, you will ideally have:
12 months HGV driving experience
No more than 6 points
Digi card and DQC
