Hales Group are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis initially until June 2021.

This role requires a dynamic, proactive and resilient person who is a natural problem solver and multi-tasker.

This position will involve;

Taking calls and email enquiries from customers
Resolving customer issues promptly and in accordance to company guidelines
Diary management, travel booking and planning
Optimising own time and resources to required performance levels to fulfil company targets and satisfy customer demand
To apply for this position please ensure you meet the following criteria;

Have experience within customer service
Ideally come from an industrial/engineering/manufacturing background
Be IT literate with experience of Microsoft packages
Be available immediately
HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday
LOCATION: Great Yarmouth
TERM: Temporary initially until June 2021
PAY: GBPcompetitive rates available DOE
