Position:Recruitment Manager
Earnings:£50k - £125k

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and experienced Recruitment Manager to take charge of one of our UK operating Divisions to drive new business and existing client sales development.
You will be required to drive the team and individuals to meet their targets whilst developing client relationships across all accounts by communicating recruitment goals and objectives with recruiters.

The Position:
The role:
* Developing and implementing recruitment strategies for growth
* Identification for new business opportunities through utilising our strong network and market experience
* Meeting and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
* Provision of a high standard of client care across a client portfolio
* UK travel to meet with strategic clients and key stakeholders
* Coaching/mentoring of staff, identifying training needs. Bringing Business growth through the team and personal performance
* Pipeline management
* Team KPI reviews/development plan reviews and appraisals
* Ability to grow existing business and develop new accounts

Personal Attributes:
You will need to have a track-record of success within a recruitment environment (ideally IT but other categories will be strongly considered) and be able to demonstrate:

* Drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace
* Passion for achieving and surpassing targets
* A track record of providing outstanding customer care
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* A proven track record of managing a team/recruiters for multiple clients
* Capability to work professionally as part of a vibrant, energetic recruitment team
