Air Import/Export Customer Coordinator
12 MONTH FTC

Location: Hounslow, TW4
Salary: Up to GBP28,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday , 8am to 6pm

An opportunity has arisen for a Air Import/Export Customer Coordinator to join our client, a world leading 3PL Logistics provider. Primary responsibilities include the daily delivery of superior customer service, proactive service recovery and constant communication excellence all contributing to the overall customer satisfaction. This role is at the front line of putting the customer firmly back at the heart of the organisation and becoming truly customer centric. The role is accountable for customer and operational excellence which focuses on enhancing the customer experience through consistent and seamless delivery of great customer service.

Air Import/Export Customer Coordinator accountabilities
* Stays informed on shipment and exception status for allocated customers shipments
* Proactively informs customer on shipment status and exceptions
* Handles customer inquiries
* Handles customer requests with regard to various topics (engages with additional stakeholders where required)

Air Import/Export Customer Coordinator must possess the following skills and experience
* Freight forwarding
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Excellent time management and organization skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Stakeholder management internal/external
* Good I.T. skills and data management
