They require the successful candidate to commission the service and re-brand the home within the area. all applicants must have extensive experience as a home manager and proof of successful CQC reports, while holing a valid and active nursing pin.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nursing home manager seeking a new challenge, and a chance to join a growing organisation and a fantastic home with a great reputation in the area. The successful candidate is required to have previous home management experience with exposure to managing large staff teams, with experience of CQC, budgets and safeguarding's.
