Assembly Operative's needed for an Automotive Client in Leamington Spa

Shift Patterns:

You must be flexible to work all rotational shift patterns including day, afternoon and night shifts, and to work compulsory overtime (up to 2 hrs per day) during the week.

Flexibility to work weekends (overtime) is also required.


Week 1 - Mon-Thurs (Apply online only) and Fri (Apply online only)

Week 2 - Mon-Thurs (Apply online only) and Fri (Apply online only)


GBP9.85 - AM and PM shift

GBP10.71 - Night Shift

GBP13.28 - Overtime 39+ Weekdays and Saturdays

GBP17.70 - Overtime from 10pm on Saturday through till 6am on Monday

The Role:

As an assembly operative you will be working on behalf of our client Grupo Antolin. You will operate laminating presses, foam / fibre glass cutting machinery to manufacture car headliners for various well known car brands. This is a fast paced environment so you will need to work towards targets and specific site instructions.

Quality assessing all goods will be required to ensure they meet site and customer standards. You will be rotated and asked to work on different departments throughout your assignment, so a degree of flexibility is required.
