Front of House Manager

Here at Newstaff Employment Services we are looking for an experienced Front of house manager for an Amazing Golf Club in the area! Due to the size of the business it is vital that the applicants have a very flexible approach to their duties, as the Front of House management team consists of 2 Full-time persons based at the working hours of 35-40 hrs per week including evenings and Weekends on a rota basis.

Typical Shift 7-8 hrs though longer may be required during Weddings & Events.

Weekend days off are available on occasions depending on business needs.

We are looking for someone who is happy to assist in the management and hands on service of the daily Food, beverage and events operation.

Duties will include:

All aspects of Food & Bar Service (Very Hands on)
Telephone operation
Enquiry Taking
Maintaining cleansing during service times
Preparation for Daily Opening
Preparation for End of Day
Cashing Up
Locking Premises
Room & Event preparation & setup
Salary- GBP20,000 (with review after 3 months)

Preferred Start Date: Close to 17th May.

Currently the company are offering a Weekend Bar Service, but hope to re-open for food and drink from 17th May.
