Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a very well established and successful, family run plumbing and heating company in the recruitment of a Part-time Office Administrator.

This is a very busy, varied role based in small offices in the Lodge Moor area of Sheffield. You must be comfortable working on your own at times and with little supervision. Your daily duties will include:

* Handling enquiries

* Booking in work

* Processing payments

* Providing excellent customer service

* Basic accounts administration (using Xero software)

You will need to be resilient, helpful, well organised and have first class communication skills. Experience in administration is essential.

This is a permanent, part-time position, working 24 hours per week - Tuesday to Friday 9.30am to 4.00pm.
