Order Processor for a Window and Door Manufacturer

Corby, Days, GBP20k - GBP24k

Our exclusive client is a market leader in the manufacture of Window and Door sets which they supply to trade. They offer a wide range of products in a variety of materials. Their products are all made in the UK across several manufacturing facilities.

They now have an urgent requirement for a Sales Administrator or B2B Order Processor to join their busy sales office at their main UK manufacturing site in Corby.

The main responsibilities of the position are as follows:

* Deliver the highest level of customer service we offer our customers through the entire process from estimating, order processing, conservatories and after care while striving to reach the KPI's

* Successfully delivering and advising product range to the customers within their team structure working with the External Sales Team, transport administrator and credit controller responsible for the same area

* Working with their team leader carrying out tasks set to them to the highest ability

The role would suit a driven "office player" who can demonstrate all or most of the following skills and experience:

* Background in Window and Door manufacturing

* Experience utilising CRM

* Experience in an office environment - ideally the manufacturing sector (desirable but not essential)

* Logical thinking and a team player with the ability to make decisions make independently

* Attention to detail

* Excellent customer focused communication skills via telephone, email and internal messaging software

This permanent opportunity offers a salary of GBP20k - GBP24k, pension and 29 days holidays. It is a day shift role and the hours are (Apply online only) Monday to Friday.
