Reassured are looking to recruit Sales Consultants to join us on our journey as we grow our sales force in Cardiff. We are in an exciting growth phase and are looking to increase the size of our sales consultant team to sell life insurance.

A day in the life of your new role:
* You will be contacting customers by telephone on receipt of internet generated enquiries for Life Insurance (no cold calling)
* Overcoming customer concerns and selling the benefits of our products and services
* Performing fact finds, providing quotes and arranging Life Insurance policies for customers over the phone in line with our sales process
* Learning and retaining detailed product knowledge
Skills and Experience
* You will have a successful career in outbound sales and able to demonstrate that you have hit targets
* You will be a good communicator, passionate about sales and ensure that consistent sales results are achieved on a daily basis
* Experience of working to and achieving targets
* Self-motivated
* Motivated by an environment where there is money and material rewards as a goal
* Enjoys selling and likes influencing others and negotiating
* The ability to work in a team
* Prepared to go the extra mile to hit target
* Enjoys working in a fast pace environment
