I have a fantastic Logistics Coordination opportunity to progress your career within a fast-growing eCommerce brand, based in Manchester.
Duties will include:
* Ensure supply chain is operating effectively and efficiently, so the business can grow and scale as seamlessly as possible
* Provide concrete deliverables and work alongside the COO.
* Co-ordinate stock to maintain and replenish stock levels on an ongoing basis.
* Work with the CEO and COO to assist in placing product orders.
* Communicate with suppliers for requests and information on stock Control warehouse stock to ensure stock levels are maintained in accordance with predicted growth and stock forecasts
* Arrange deliveries of our stock to our retail clients and inter-company transfers, and prepare correct documentation and invoices for them
* Provide and prepare accurate stock reports to C-Level management for strategic decision making
* Liaising with transport, customs, freight forwarding businesses to ensure the efficient and smooth delivery of incoming and outgoing stock
* Maintain stock management levels using computer systems
* Be responsible for tracking supply chain performance, and any administrative duties therein
* Ensure projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget
The Ideal Candidate:
* Will have experience in logistics management
* Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
* Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
* Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) (Preferable)
* Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Keen on working in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and data analytics
* Minimum 2 years' experience and success in logistics coordination
* Degree educated (Preferable)
