Role: Sales Manager

Salary: Up to GBP40,498 per annum

Location: Sheffield City Centre / Home based

Contract type: Permanent

The Growth Company's Employment team are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of delivery staff and administrators to ensure successful delivery of targets in order to maximise the placing of individuals into jobs, meet the recruitment and training needs of employers, and deliver the performance expectations of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the successful delivery of team targets

* Maximise the placing and sustainment of individuals into jobs - both temporary and permanent

* Meet the recruitment and training needs of employers in order to generate suitable vacancies

* Create a Sales focused, and results driven environment

* Generate large employer accounts

* Social media to ensure suitable opportunities are generated

* The role may include P&L responsibility including achievement of income targets and margins, managing staff productivity, customer/candidate spend and office costs

* Delivery of high quality and compliant services

* Management of data integrity, employment law and data security

* Management of petty cash

* Ensure services are delivered with probity and integrity

About You:

* Good understanding of the employment industry and local labour market

* Working knowledge of the principles of people management and employment law

* Understanding of MI and financial information

* Track record of achieving tangible performance results

* Previous sales/recruitment experience

Skills Required:

* Ability to effectively lead and manage staff

* Ability to confidently present to employers and other stakeholders

* Ability to produce written reports to a good standard

* Fluent user of ICT

* Ability to work to challenging targets and key performance indicators

* Ability to manage, analyse and interpret MI with high level of attention to detail

* Flexible approach to work including willingness to travel and working outside of office hours

* The ability to work under pressure in a highly performance driven environment
