Are you a self starter who is motivated by customer service? Do you relish devising sales strategies and pipeline? Are you a natural leader with an entrepreneurial mind?

I am looking for an exceptional leader for this new and exciting role in Norwich who can drive forward the management and development of commercial activities for a well known events business. Supporting the Managing Director, you will be leading income generation through sales and all other forms of commercial activity.

Daily duties will include:

Lead the planning for all commercial activity relating to the company events
Promote venue hire opportunities and secure third party bookings.
Lead commercial partnerships while ensuring an outstanding level of customer service
Devise plans for events
Implementing commercial arrangements for cross-event selling
Identify opportunities for commercial growth and development
Manage timely prepayment and post event invoicing
Act as line manager to event staff
Design and implement a venue marketing campaign
Act as the Licence Holder
Create and review risk assessments where necessary
Ensure standards of health and safety are applied
Engaging with existing and potential customers
This is an perfect opportunity for a driven individual with an eye for business development. You will need to lead from the front with your proactive sales experience and be an exemplar for the highest standards of customer service. This position would suit someone from a hospitality/events background with proven experience of networking and building relationships.
