Our current team are looking for someone who is experienced in working within a call centre environment to join our Sales team working with existing customers off our database.
We're looking for positive and confident people with a flair for sales who can make sure our customers get the services that are right for them.
To be successful we'll make sure you have all the knowledge you need to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
By focusing on Sales, Value and Loyalty, our agents can understand our customers concerns more effectively, easily identify opportunities to maximise sales, and continue to secure their loyalty.
To be a Brilliant Sales Adviser, you'll need to have:
* At least 1 years experience within a call centre.
* The drive to meet and excel targets.
* The ability to work within a team and work independently.
* A genuine passion for sales and customer service.
* Strong communication skills.
* Have a professional telephone manner.
* Resilience and empathy.
