The Work Shop are currently working with a well established Outsourced Customer Service provider who operate Globally working on behalf of a number of exciting business's
They are currently looking for fluent bilingual German and English Customer service advisor to communicate with their customers via incoming phone calls, email, live web chat and social media channels.
This will initially be a zero hour contract but between 20 to 40 hours are guaranteed per week. You will need to be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
You will be offered full training and progression opportunities are available.
