Salary: Basic GBP20,000 - GBP25,000 + commission and incentives c GBP30,000-GBP32,000

Job Purpose:
The Account Manager is the person in charge of managing the company's relationships with clients in the appropriate market area. They are responsible for winning new accounts and building long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, and will remain the first point of contact for clients for the length of their relationship with the company. The goal is to keep accounts as long as possible. Key tasks will involve business development, project management, strategic planning, sales support and marketing.
A very well structured Training programme is in place and the ideal candidate would need to have transferable skills from within an existing B2B sales role!
Account Manager Job Duties:
?? Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
?? Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
?? Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
?? Communicate client needs and demands to the company
?? Forecast and track client account metrics
?? Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
?? Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
?? Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
?? Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
?? Service multiple clients concurrently
?? Keep records of client transactions
?? Sales marketing via social media platforms
?? Attendance of trade events/meetings
