A fantastic opportunity is now available for a driven sales professional with experience in the property / housing sector!
With responsibility for supporting the sales team in order to develop my client's new build programme, you will be able to provide first class outstanding customer service, you will be great on the phone, and will be confident in dealing with the end to end process from start to finish.
You will be excellent assisting customers, supporting the sale by arranging viewing's, providing marketing material, and liaising not only with the customers but also with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other interested parties.
You'll be thorough in your approach and will enjoy researching, especially for those purchasers that might be your next customer! You'll be a good team player, and able to work on your own initiative with an eye for detail.
You will be personable and confident when it comes to talking to others - experience of working in a customer facing environment is a must together with industry experience.
