Impressive growth plans mean they are now looking to recruit a talented General Manager for their Showroom with proven customer sales experience, order management and team leadership of designers, fitters and manufacturing.
You will be highly ambitious and be looking for future career advancement within the group within 2 years.
You will provide the essential strategic, pragmatic and inspirational leadership required to effectively motivate a team of talented designers, manufacturers and fitters. You will coach your team to deliver outstanding customer service to maximise business performance and results. You will come from a big ticket sales background.
General Manager Showroom Principal Accountabilities:
Delivering Outstanding Customer Experience - On site customer surveys daily
Commercially Focussed
Working as a Business Manager
Leading, Inspiring and Developing your Team - Showroom, fitters & Manufacturing
Communicating and Influencing others
Maximising Impact
The ideal General Manager will have the following experience:
*Showroom or Store Management Experience
*A proven track record within consultative big ticket sales
*Proven track record for delivering performance
*Can demonstrate evidence of influencing skills
*Able to work independently on own discipline
*Strong Customer focus and passion for developing internal succession.
*Design skills with related kitchen software
Showroom General Manager Salary & Benefits
GBP35,000 t0 GBP45,000
25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Bonus + Car Allowance or vehicle + Pension
