Part Time Sales Progressor
PART TIME SALES PROGRESSOR - HOME OR OFFICE BASED - THRIVING BUSINESS!
Our client offers a unique service to Estate Agents and IFAs across the country. They have continued to grow despite Covid-19 and now require two Sales Progressors to join their established team on the outskirts of Wakefield. The role can be either home or office based.
We are keen to speak with professional, customer focussed candidates who demonstrate a good level experience within Estate Agency.

Hours are as follows:
Monday to Wednesday - 9am - 5pm
OR
Wednesday to Friday - 9am - 5pm
SALES PROGRESSOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Facilitating sales through to completion including all administrative parts of the process
Communicating with Solicitors, Estate Agents and their customers, ensuring everyone involved is frequently updated on progress
Preparing regular reports, updating on progress of various property sales
Working as part of a fast-paced, proactive team
Maintaining and building relationships with clients
Delivering exceptional customer service at every opportunitySALES PROGRESSOR PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience working within Estate Agency and good understanding of the Sales Progression process
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent attention to detail
A team focus and proactive approach
Excellent Organisation and Administrative skills
