Our superb client, with offices based in Peterborough, is seeking a fluent Polish Speaking Export Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working 7.00am-4.00pm Monday to Friday.
As Export Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator, you will work within a busy customer service team, processing customer orders, expediting sales orders, dealing with inbound customer queries, dealing with customer complaints, making outbound service calls, producing customer invoices, supporting the sales team with producing quotations, creating export documentation, arranging transport for international shipments and general office administration.
To be considered for the Customer Service & Sales Support Administrator position, you will have worked in a similar customer centric role and will have exceptional fluent Polish & English verbal & written communication skills. You will thrive on working as part of a team and will have excellent attention to detail. You will have previous experience of working within a manufacturing company in customer service and giving technical customer advice.
