Anderson Knight are recruiting a Recruitment Advisor for our client based in Glasgow. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment for a various roles across multiple disciplines. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role working within a busy recruitment department.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* You will build strong working relationships with hiring managers
* You will be responsible for creating effective recruitment campaigns which attract the best people for the roles.
* You will also provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on all aspects of recruitment and provide solutions for recurring recruitment challenges.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* You will have recent and proven experience working within a fast paced, High-volume recruitment role.
* You will have experience of creating candidate attraction strategies and direct candidate sourcing via various online channels including LinkedIn and social media
* An effective communicator, both written and verbally, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
* Sound knowledge and understanding of employment law and recruitment best practice
* Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel and Word is essential
