Ecommerce Website Manager

Experience of managing a website team in a dynamic ecommerce environment.
Experience of working with ecommerce platforms and content management systems.
Proven ability to efficiently manage large volumes of product data.
Proven track record of implementing and improving ecommerce processes.
Experience in analysis, definition and implementation of technical and non-technical SEO and CRO requirements.
Proficient in Photoshop or similar creative software platforms, with a basic understanding of html and a track record of creating engaging website content.

We have a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to contribute to the success of Barnardo's ecommerce strategy, by taking ownership of the ecommerce website and helping to develop and grow its supporting team.

At Barnardo's we believe in children; the funds raised at our E-commerce site help to support the most vulnerable children and young people in the UK, and now's your chance to play your part in this vital work. As the Website Manager you'll be working closely with the Head of Ecommerce to deliver profitable growth across all related digital channels. With a strong understanding of SEO, CRO and basic html, you will be responsible for all website content, including managing large volumes of product data and enhancing all key landing pages to improve conversion. Another key focus of the role will be to help develop and mentor the website team to support the growth strategy.

In doing so, you will be working for one the UK's largest charity retailers, and will benefit from a package that includes opportunities to train, develop and grow as an individual, promotional prospects, benefits and a pension. Although officially based at the Rugby Hub, the working location can be flexible with a mix of home working and attending meetings on site in Rugby and other relevant locations across the UK.
