Our client a well established company with its UK head office in Peterborough is looking for an Account Manager on a fulltime permanent basis to work as part of an already successful team and this role is available due to a company promotion.
This role will involve contacting existing customers to see how well they are getting on with our clients products and resolve any issues but primarily it is to upsell new "add ons" or if the client has had any change in its situation where they may require additional products. This is a sales based role but it is not cold calling but of course there will be targets to achieve. The companies that you will be contacting can be SME to much larger corporate organisations. To be considered for this role you will ideally have sales experience or account management experience as this role will be telephone based however they maybe time you go out to site to see customers.
This role is Monday to Friday. Salary GBP22 to GBP25k. There are 25 days holiday plus other excellent benefits.
