Our client is currently looking for a temporary Receptionist / Administrator!

This is a part time, temporary role, working Monday - Friday, 20 hours a week with the following variants on hours:

09:00 - 13:00

09:30 - 13:30

10:00 - 14:00

Due to the current climate, this is an ongoing temporary position and will be reviewed as workload increases.

The successful candidate will assist with Reception and Admin duties. These would include;

* Answering the phone

* Handling Switchboard

* Greeting visitors

* Tidying up meeting rooms

* Booking/Cancelling meeting rooms

* Dealing with incoming/outgoing post, delivering to tenants

* Any other general duties as required.
