This role will be perfect for you to get your foot in the door or if you have a little bit of experience already in sales & you want to take your sales career further.
Working for one of the largest suppliers of tech, your day to day will involve answering inbound calls & responding to live chat messages from new/existing customers who are looking at purchasing new products.
You will be involved in answering queries, processing small orders & following up sales with customers. There will be some outbound calling involved to existing customers & customers who have expressed interest in products but no cold calling!
Ideally, I'm looking for someone that has experience in sales either over the phone or face to face, excellent communication skills, a good understanding of Microsoft word, excel & excellent customer service.
In return is a basic salary of GBP18k with an opportunity to earn extra commissions based on performance, 20 days + bank holidays, free parking, birthday off after a year plus a great staff discount scheme.
